|You can check to see what might work with eCS-OS/2 at http://hobbes.nmsu.edu .
I do not know of any USB web cams that work with OS/2 or eCS.

WarpVision/WVGUI has viewer support for a wide range of USB webcams, mostly USB1.1 models. There is also a standalone viewer at ftp://ftp.netlabs.org/pub/wvgui/samples/wcamdemo.zip to operate a webcam. Unfortunately none of those applications is able to transmit webcam pictures or video streams to disk, local network or internet.
