Well, testing the latest preview of pwICQ2 with the hope of that it wouldn't have the terrible bugg of blocking/sharing a API that prevents Java applications to start up is a bit boring. Easy to try, just start pwICQ and then try to start either TCP/IP Config or pm version of LVM. all you will get is nothing and an empty OS2 command line window....

Well, remeber that is a Preview version so it can have some bugs.
You can get the lastest preview version at:

The really old version didn't have this problem it was introduced when the new version came out. Hope it will get fixed in the near future
