Small update has been made of the latest poll, due to that it wasn't clear enought what IPnG was. But IPv6 is sometimes also called the Next Generation Internet Protocol or IPng.

Hello Kim,

perhaps I should have used IPv6 instead of IPnG. Some users will not have heard of it though but I think most OS/2 enthusiastics do know what IPnextGeneration is about.

Best regards,
Axel

Hi!

Has IPv6 been implemented in IBM's AIX?
If yes, it should be pretty easy for IBM to port it to OS/2...like they did it with the complete network stuff before.

Yes, IPv& has been implemented into AIX, but doubt that IBM would actually to something about it. If there is going to be any kind of IPnG for OS2 I guess that this has to be done by 3rd party.
