Hello,
If you mean the Win32API related Open32API and documentation as well as other programming (C/C++) related stuff I would recommend you to get a copy of the operating system eComStation (
http://www.eComStation.com), the compiler OpenWatcom (
http://www.OpenWatcom.com) or gcc (
http://www.netlabs.org).
You can find the toolkit (4.52) on the eComStation CD and possibly at hobbes (
http://hobbes.nmsu.edu)

Excuse me Suchithra for breaking in this tread... but Blonde Guy mentioned something that interest me as a software tester.
PMATE -- PM Automated Test Environment. You record your mouse and keyboard with this, and replay it when you want to run your test.
Who has written it (PMATE)?
Where can I find a copy?
Any chanse one can get the source code?
REXX scripting support would be great, is it awailable.
