Hello,

When I installed OS/2 Warp 4.5, in the configuration network, I had to enter an ID and password.
I would like now to modify id and password but I don't find where to do that.

Thanks for your help

There is an utility named "'Emergency Administrator Add Facility" by Moby that seems to reply to my problem.
Is anyboby can send me by email this utility?

Thanks

Hi

You can Change (modify) the Users Password in the Network User Account settings notebook - not sure where Warp4.5 keeps that these days as I've been using eCS for over 10 years but suspect somewhere within either Network or Local System folders.

If you need to change the User name as well as the Password then simply Create a New User.

Hi Sanouk

Not sure where this is on Warp4 but you are looking for the User Accounts settings notebook. Try looking in Local System or Local Network folders and when you find and start it select Local Workstation.

It should be under OS/2 System -> System Setup -> User Profile Management.

ISTR there's a shadow to it buried somewhere under the Connections folder as well.

Or just go to a command line and run UPMACCTS.EXE
