as soon as Qt4 is finished we may look at it closer. which does not mean we will work on it.
for me personal all depends a bit how the sponsoring of Qt4 goes further. if it stays like it is at the moment (hardly new sponsor units), i'm not that motivated to port anything i don't need.
Hi Silvan, I going to add 100 EUR within the next couple of days so +1% (Edit 1: Just placed the order for the QT4 support...).
I hope some kind of motivation will be there otherwise this has to be done using other hardware (AVM Fritz!Box Router,...).
Edit 2: I re-checked QuteCom but it seems to be dead....no update in 12 month. If VoIP (SIP) should be a target we have to look again for a working project, that can be ported. This still excludes Skype.
The only think I currently have in mind might be something attached to Jabber /XMMP or what the protocol is called. I will look into this area in about 3 month because I'm working on a project which plans to use a settop box for IP-Telephone conversions (big maybe....later even video conferencing). It's an embedded Linux system using an STMicro Chip. First tests will use cameras that stream out H.264 encoded video so for OS/2 and eCS USB supporting the Video Class interface are most likely needed.
