dsl setup

Tried to install an at&t dsl modem under O/S2 with no luck so I opened up windoze xp in a virtural machine and got it installed. Have been able to receive e-mails but not send. Also can't allways post on BBS's. My question is this. I get a nag screen when I first boot up the computer. It's titled DDNS client configuration.
It has two fields to enter data in. First is Hostname ie:XXXX. Domain name XXXX
Second is a field for dynamic dns server for your domain.
How do I fill out these fields? Do I get the info from at&t?
Thanks for any help.
