There is a command line client Cadaver on hobbes. That's all I found.

Well, the graphical marks as far as I can see seem to be extremely low. On my Thinkpad T43 the PM Marks is 118 with Panorama (compared to  454 with SNAP) which is really quite good. It has been some talk about bad MTRR values and Panorama (frankly I don't know what that is, but it seem to be able to badly affect Panorama performance, but should be possible to adjust I think).

Hi Sigurd, the Slate seems to be a nice little plate, and you're doing progress fast (well minus the 10 months to install eCS ;-) ) ! But what kind of wlan is inside? Do you see any possibilities that a future multimac based wifi can handle it?

About the OS/2 history: I may be wrong but AFAIK the use of another name than OS/2 was a prerequisite to be allowed to produce and resell  a new distribution of OS/2.

HI

dvddao works with drive letters as an alternative to scsi ids. From the readme:-

Same goes for CDRTools (which preferable can be used with DVDToys).

Thanks for your summary Blonde Guy. Interesting stuff about the xwlan, it explains trouble I've sometime experienced.

Thanks for this link Pete.

Do someone have some news from Warpstock? Did Mensys for example release eCS 2.2?

The eCS FF builds after 8.01 give me trouble with Forecastfox -the weather widget. I constantly experience "connection error"; that's what the widget says. It simply doesn't work in the latest FFs (including the latest (developer)build you pointed to ethron). Do somebody recognize the problem? Moving back to FF 8.01 solves the problem.

There's a bug on our Mozilla where it doesn't pass the online/offline status correctly to add-ons. I've fixed other add-ons by removing the check but looking quickly at Forecastfox I can't find where it tests for online status  :(

Thanks for information anyway dryeo.

No Pete, I don't think so. I use the very latest update. I've tried this on FF>8 in Win and it works fine.

Just remembered that eCs in fact offer a utility to wipe an USB drive (or other drives), but only if you use the maintain console. So if you put in your CD1 (esc2.1) and reboot, follow the ordinary steps and the check "maintance console" (or "system maintance"?). Put in you USB stick and then start the "disk utility" (under "Disk" I think). There you can use the disk of your choice (right click on it) and wipe it. Of course be shure it is the right one.

But your other trouble mounting/unmounting. Maybe it is possible to fix in Windows....?

I have found that the only good way to prepare USB sticks is to totally wipe it (not just delete the partition i comes with) and the make the partitions you wish. I do as Ivan, I have one FAT32 and one JFS. Many USB sticks contains security software and such stuff which also seem to disturb eCS.  If the program Eugen refers to works this wood be great. There is a need of an easy way to prepare USB sticks. Also sometimes it has been suggested to use the /CHS switch to USBMSD.ADD which I think "take care" of different partition layouts, thus making more USB memories readable (well that was how I understood it!)

I have this one (abwillis suggestion) working here too. What happens if you try the -g option instead of -f?

Like in the readme: java.exe -jar JavaRDP14-1.2.jar -g 1024x768 <target_hostname_or_IP>

Found 3.20.04 available. Now both suspend and resume works again on my T43!
