I don't know status of pre-released version of Quick Time for OS/2.As I know that never became stable and commercial program, isn't it? I saw on hobbes and maybe os2site it for download? Yeah,yeah I know that's abandonware but that's not cathegory it can only be easiest freeware,shareware,commercial or free with source code.

..I think that was a Apple Quicktime beta that was never completed. But we also used to have QuickMotion, which has a series con CODECs to support some Apple formats. Quickmotion was open sourced on 2011 - http://www.os2world.com/content/view/20596/2/

Yes, I saw for Quickmotion.But as understand, and downloading and usage of Quciktime for /2 beta is close to legal.
