Welcome to the Relational Database
Management Systems for OS/2 and eComstation Homepage
I have been a long time user of OS/2
and now eComstation in the community starting in the BBS Days going all the way
to the present Internet enabled world. Over time I felt compelled to contribute
to the community that has supported my platform of choice. Why do these pages exist?
Simply, I have been working at my place of full time employment on the subject of
Configuration Management and planning the implementation of the process and its
architecture and on a personal level decided to develop a home based server with
Home Automation using X10 with
a Web Interface and RDBMS SQL Backend which is in planning stages. In both cases
I needed information on RDBMS and Tools which were scattered all over the net. The
opinions stated here and other pages are solely my own and do not reflect OS2WORLD.COM
, the goal of these pages is to share information and demonstrate the abilities
of the application and tools in the market place in a concise manner for the platform.
Sample code that will be presented over time will be either code I have tested or
at the very least tried out.
