Bitwise Updates: openssl, compat-openssl10, SDL2, icu, libgpg-error, transfig, libgcrypt

Rpm work:
We released version 1.1.1f-1 of openssl (Utilities from the general purpose cryptography library with TLS implementation), version 1.0.2u-1 of compat-openssl10 (Compatibility version of the OpenSSL library), version 2.0.12-2 of SDL2 (Cross-platform multimedia library), version 65.1-2 of icu (International Components for Unicode), version 1.39-1 of libgpg-error (Library for error values used by GnuPG components), version 3.2.7b-1 of transfig (Utility for converting FIG files (made by xfig) to other formats), version 1.8.6-1 of libgcrypt (A general-purpose cryptography library)
It is uploaded as rpm to the netlabs rel or exp repository. To instal. either yum or ANPM. If anyone prefers a zip file, those are available at the netlabs rel repo or at the netlabs exp repo.

Non rpm work:
We are making steady progress in stabilizing Chromium.

What's new in openssl:

  • Update to version 1.1.1f
  • resync with fedora spec

What's new in compat-openssl10:

  • Update to version 1.0.2u
  • rename to compat-openssl10, like fedora to have openssl1.1 in parallel
  • adjusted the spec heavily

What's new in SDL2:

  • fix a sigsegv in some situations
  • don't enable a capture device for now
  • unify debug
  • mark our SW renderer as accelerated

What's new in icu:

  • fixed ticket #3 & #4 (patch sent by Koh Myung-Hun)

What's new in libgpg-error:

  • update to version 1.39
  • resync spec with fedora

What's new in transfig:

  • first OS/2 rpm version

What's new in libgcrypt:

  • update to version 1.8.6
  • resync spec with fedora
