Warpstock 2016 early registration coming to an end

a ws2016 342x401

Warpstock 2016 is shaping up to be quite an event. We should have a good crowd this year and have a full slate of presenters.

Find details of this years event at the event home page:
http://www.warpstock.org/staticpages/index.php?page=ws2016_home
and at the Warpstock home page:
http://www.warpstock.org
and find session information here:

Even if you missed the early-bird registration, you still have a chance to snag a significant break from the full price.
Register before September 1, and pay only $119 for a full conference registration or just $69 for a one-day pass to all sessions, including lunch!

Hurry, though, because our early-bird discount was so well received, we want to make sure there are rooms in the hotel and adequate meeting space for the event. The sooner we know how many attendees we'll have, the better we may plan ahead.

Also remember to book your hotel and travel early (we have negotiated great rates for this year's event - only $84/night single or double). Come early and stay a few days to enjoy the Florida sunshine!

* Note: The hotel has no provision for giving us an online booking code, so all registrations made to count against our room block must be made via telephone and the guest must advise that he or she is with Warpstock.  Registering as a Warpstock attendee keeps costs down for the event as conference room costs are reduced if we meet projected room nights.  In addition, it is the way to make sure the guaranteed room rate is applied.  Phone numbers are: Toll Free US:  800-456-4000  Toll:  (407) 856-8896

Warpstock Corporation is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, chartered in Virginia.
