Hi

I would love to have Kodi. It is so nice to watch a lot of things, once you cut the learning curve it is so cool.

But I don't know what does it uses, libraries, language, etc. (I only read that it uses SDL).  Maybe someone with more experience can say if it is easily portable or it will take a lot of work.

First thing I read, http://kodi.wiki/view/Development#General_guidelines is

It's really non-trivial to port a video driver. Besides even Linux hasn't got very good 3D support without using closed drivers.
