If pm123 is in play mode, and open a Firefox 38.8.0, give me a TRAP 0003 in JFS.... (I have to test more this point in 1.41)
Another error that omitted the pm123-1.37 in play mode, when you open the program BSinfo1.6 Programme  Audio(now with 1.41b3 no fault)

What is Watcom wsample.exe, and why would you use it?
In this case for test errors.

That is misleading. PMView 378 cannot capture the screen because you have not registered it.
I can read in Pmview Trial version:
This is the fully fuctional shareware version of Pmview
But I undertand that the pmview (is a grant application), can not take a photo of a graphic error in a program.
For me, if 4 errors found in just a few hours, have been repaired safely 3 of them, programmers are doing a great job. And in my opinion to conceal errors, it does not help anyone, not help programmers or users.

What version of JFS are you using? JFS-1.09.06.exe from the Arca Noae driver package is the only one that is safe to use (although there is one user who argues with that). There was an older version that had a TRAP 0003 problem. That problem is more likely to be running out of shared memory space.

I get TRAP 3's regularly from JFS-1.09.06 as well as other traps. At that I get more crashes in JFS then anywhere else though more often are system freezes. Some of the trps make no sense, such as when ejecting a FAT[32] USB stick. These can happen on a freshly booted system.

Odd. I haven't seen a trap in JFS for a few years now. Traps that "make no sense" are more likely to be caused by flaky hardware, than by software that runs very well for other people (there can be exceptions, of course). I assume that you have done the usual cleanup, check all of the fans, re-seat all of the connectors, and make sure that your power source is okay (including the ground).

FWIW, my old P4 system, with a 2 TB drive on a SATA adapter runs for weeks (before I find a reason to reboot it). In fact, since I put it together (about a year ago), it has never crashed for any reason (I hope it is not listening  :-\ ). It does run a lot of software, but only Weasel,  SAMBA and RSYNC are used, most of the time. I use it like a NAS box, for my backups (windows, and eCS), but it is set up so I can use it in case my main system is stolen, or dies a horrible death. It lives under my basement stairs.   :D
