I don't know how you write a whole article on the failure of OS/2 to get marketshare without mentioning IBM or Microsoft's antitrust trials. I guess bringing that up wouldn't have supported Orlowski's thesis. :-(

El Reg has a love/hate relationship with OS/2 for some reason and always has.

There is also the problems that IBM are having at the moment with the culling of staff by having them congregate in central offices rather than working out in the field, the problems with the Australian federal government projects that went pear shaped and its outsourcing of a vast number of jobs to India.

At least they did an article on Arca Noae planning to bring out an updated OS/2
