Support Element 2.1 and ArcaOS/eCS on servers

I'm not sure where to post this. Please flag if it is in the wrong place. :)

Is IBM Support element still based on OS/2?
Anybody ever used it to boot (an program load) a z-series or System/390 machine? Can it be updated for Xeon series?
I think it would be great to know more about this application and whether ArcaOS could be used as a platform to make an updated version for the newest mainframes.  Inter
Does AN have a licensing scheme that would be attractive to  big-data corporations and "growing businesses" who use AIX or MS Exchange (or IBM/Oracle Linux)?

I noticed that IBM provides support plans  on a monthly, hourly or yearly cycle.
My thought process is that an updated system element by  could be an excellent way of getting OS/2 back in the corporate sphere.  Lenovo has some server solutions that look really interesting Lenovo High-Performance
