Hi Doug Clark

Yes, SNAP is now SMP safe it seems - not had 1 instance of failing to boot to a working Desktop in over 6 months of use - but the SMP Safe SNAP is slower than the old not-SMP-Safe SNAP.

I seem to recall a recent discussion about this... found it. Have a read https://www.os2world.com/forum/index.php/topic,1519.0.html

Regards

Pete

Thanks Pete...yup, it was a great move to fix the SMP hang, but with the performance being so bad I found that it just did not work for me. Strangely the ticket I logged has simply gone un-answered (https://mantis.arcanoae.com/view.php?id=1505).

Seems it was an oversight. Your ticket has been answered now...
