Lingo (LINGO.EXE)

"Solved". The attached file, almost with too many details, is based on some tv-screenshot.

The DOS game Death Rally/[url] has a 32x32 Windows icon file but it's dark, not great and similar alternatives are too detailed and too dark.

Carambole Classique (BILJDEMO.EXE)

"Solved". The icon, again almost too detailed, represents the goal of such a game quite good. Hit at least three cushions with your white ball before having hit both other balls. Being too detailed is not a complaint, FWIW. Designers of 80x80 and 128x128 may frequently notice a lack of details. It's not always easy to keep all sizes in mind.

I'm running out of off-topic messages, for one because often there's no good, or no iconic, original or alternative icon...

Shut The Box (MLSHUT.EXE)

"Solved". Apparently the game Shut The Box (link to some online version) is also known as Klappenspiel, Klappbrett, Klappbox, Klikk Klakk, Blitz, Bakarat, Canoga, Klackers, Batten Down the Hatches, Kingoball, Trictrac, Cut Throat, Fork Your Neighbor, and Jackpot.

Put all your icons in one folder and looked at them.  All look good!

Unverified link for the mentioned file MLSHUT.EXE: MLSHUT.ZIP @ http://cd.textfiles.com/powerpakgold/GAMEMISC/, FWIW.

Updated and new icon files for Njam, the "full-featured cross-platform pac-man like game written in C++ using SDL library" by Gianfilippo Cimmino.

I added a new, slightly better looking size 40x40 and sizes 20x20, 16x16. The size, in bytes, of the existing icon size 32x32 image is reduced.

eCS 1.2-style folder icons are included too, because an user may install at least 2 Njam objects: full-screen, and windowed (documented -w switch).

Probably overkill, but I made a 24 bit icon.

F (F.EXE)

"Solved". Perhaps reported earlier: F v4.75 has an own simple F.ICO, which may have to be assigned to the WPProgram object explicitly.

Is the attached file FBZX.SVG a 144x144 icon file of FBZX?

Edit: yes, it is. Converted to PNG online. Probably too detailed for 40x40 or smaller as-is, but perhaps usable for 128x128 and/or 80x80. So this may be an example of having to use a different (part of an original) image for a *.ICO icon file and a *.PNG icon file. Unavoidable.

Not sure if we have got native software to convert SVG files to e.g. PNG?

I've edited (stretched vertically and moved) the "FB & ZX" to try to account for smaller sizes. The original, unmodified PNG file may look better. I'll attach a stretched original 144x144 PNG file and a 40x40 icon file.

I had done one myself before I saw your icon.  Very similar to yours.

Not really, AFAICT PhantomJS may do the trick if it's not too old, but it looks like the user has to write unclear code to use it.

Do use David's. Mine's hardly more than a basic attempt to see if 40x40 would still work at all without too many adjustments, with adopted rounded corners. David has even included all classic OS/2 icon sizes, unlike me.

Code: [Select]
Quicky                     (QUICKY.EXE)

Auto Adjust Photo          (AAPHOTO.EXE)
NConvert (drop targets)    (NCONVERT.EXE)
OptiPNG (drop target)      (OPTIPNG.EXE)
PNGcheck                   (PNGCHECK.EXE)
PNGMeta (CLI drop target)  (PNGMETA.CMD)

ehm                        (EHM.EXE)

BFRunner                   (BRAINFUCK.EXE)
bwBASIC                    (BWBASIC.EXE)

Probably all projects without any original icon file.

Tesseract (TESSERACT.EXE)

"Solved". PNG files and OS/2 icon files for Tesseract (OCR), based on the 420x420 github logo file.

Andre, I hope you don't mind.  I cleaned the icon up a little bit.
