I have added a new program to my Java site today. Its about sound and its called FScape. Its a stand alone program with lots of possibilities for manipulating sound files. I have tried some, but not all.See for yourself, you can find the program on my English page http://joopn.home.xs4all.nl/os2ecs/ecs6e146.htm and in Dutch http://joopn.home.xs4all.nl/os2ecs/ecs6n146.htm. However the internet page is also in Dutch, the program is not and speaks only English.

I have a picture too with only one of the many possibilities;

So, next please...;-)
Oh yeah, almost forgot, have fun!

I have added a new program to my website about Java and OS/2-eCS/ArcaOS. Its called GiftedMotion. You can find it here http://joopn.home.xs4all.nl/os2ecs/ecs6e147.htm or in Dutch http://joopn.home.xs4all.nl/os2ecs/ecs6n147.htm. You download the program from my site because I have added a Dutch translation, so the program speaks Dutch among English and some other languages.

Picture (from before the translation, because it will automatic show the language from the locale or English if there is not an available translation.)

That's it for today, be healthy and have fun!

During lock down due to the corona virus you get somewhere some trouble. So I updated my Java homepage with a program which can help in some way. Its called FatCalc. You need a separate tool (from very cheap to very expensive) for using it. See my page for more info. The program was original only English speaking, today also Dutch ;-), but frame names are hard coded and will stay, the rest of the information will be Dutch. It make use of the locale, so automatic the right language if available. Therefore the picture below is in Dutch, but trust me, it was English before I did something ;-).

Want to try? You can find the page here http://joopn.home.xs4all.nl/os2ecs/ecs6e149.htm and in Dutch here http://joopn.home.xs4all.nl/os2ecs/ecs6n149.htm

Okay, stay cool and healthy,

I have updated the page " Java programs in the test phase". It does have more colored dots. The red ones are for newly added, the green ones for testing in progress, the yellow ones for is being worked on and the black ones for waiting.
The list is somewhat alphabetic and are the programs I have on the (back) burner. If you miss something don't hesitate to let me know. There are many programs NOT there because after downloading the programs are for Java versions much older (even Java 1.4 is then new), are for Java versions 7 up to 11, do have included dll or so files which don't work on our system, need 3D we don't have or make use of opengl which we also don't have. Then there are Java programs which do only work inside a browser. And last, programs which are pure Java but have inside some crazy lines which do test if it is Windows, Apple or Linux. For what reason? So after starting you get the message that your OS is not recognized. Al those programs are already from the hard disk, some of them where very large. But there is one which does work but will get your disk a dent in space. One jar file with a whopping size of 190.292K and this is a game.
You can read it all here in English http://joopn.home.xs4all.nl/os2ecs/ecs6e46.htm or in Dutch http://joopn.home.xs4all.nl/os2ecs/ecs6n46.htm.

Sorry, but this is a list, so NO picture this time.
Have fun,
Joop

I have added today an other game. Its Blackjack, nice graphics, but the game is also cheating. You won but you don't get paid sometimes and so on. But it gives lots of fun for sure. There is also not much to read on my page in English http://joopn.home.xs4all.nl/os2ecs/ecs6e155.htm or in Dutch http://joopn.home.xs4all.nl/os2ecs/ecs6n155.htm, but you can download the game.

Sample of the nice graphics;

So, that's it for today, have fun and stay healthy,

I have added today a new game to my Java corner. Its called Arcus and this is a Rubik's Cube Simulator. Its a very special program, we don't have 3d, with this game you have 3d, you can turn the cube to all directions. An other special is that it now also present the menu's and other information in Dutch. I have send the author a mail, but up to now no feed back. Therefore the download present everything. Program, manual (English), command file and OS/2 icon's. So you ready to go for trying out. Its very handy to read the manual.
You can find the program on my site in English http://joopn.home.xs4all.nl/os2ecs/ecs6e157.htm or in Dutch http://joopn.home.xs4all.nl/os2ecs/ecs6n157.htm.

Picture in English (on my site also picture in Dutch);

I'm busy with checking my drive for programs installed, but not yet fully tested or published on my site. So check regular the page http://joopn.home.xs4all.nl/os2ecs/ecs6e46.htm or in Dutch http://joopn.home.xs4all.nl/os2ecs/ecs6n46.htm.

So, that's it for today, have fun and stay healthy,
Joop
