ODIN Revisited

ivan:
Hi Dave,

Am I reading that right by using xx2lx.exe I can convert win 95/98 DLLs to ones that work with Odin or am I missing something?

Dave Yeo:
Actually, I might be mis-remembering. It's been a long time but looking at my old Odin install, I just copied the Win32 DLLs to \odin\system32 and rereading the documentation, xx2lx was for converting the whole program to LX.

Martin Iturbide:
Hi

I also remember that some for some programs to run with some version of Odin, you will have to grab some DLLs from Windows and convert them to LX. I used to call it "odinizing the files". But not all Windows DLLs worked, and I think it also depended on the DLL version. I guess I stopped doing that with the "xx2k.sys" on boot but I can not recall correctly.

I republished some old pictures from the Archive to the Odin wiki page. Any more material is welcome.

How does one get a login to the Wiki? There are some apps I've tested out and happy to update the compatibility list.
