Samba client error sys0050 The network request is not supported.

I'd still be interested in a copy of the ndpsmb.log file to see what version of Samba your NAS is running.

Found missing smbcln49.dll in : \sys\dll on install-dvd, copied to \usr\lib. Reboot and now the error message sys0050 is gone. Arcamap can connect with my NAS.

Thanks... that must be a pretty old NAS:
