How long does it take?

I bought eComStation 2.1. I received an e-mail that I would get an e-mail with 48 hours for the registration key. This was 11-15-2013. As of 11-21-2013, I have not received anything. How long does it normally take? I sent them an e-mail about it last night and am hoping for a reply.  8)

I was able to download it from another location but it took a couple of attempts. I was able to create the installation disc's (2) from the .iso's that I downloaded. I will try it at home but I wonder if it has anything to do with the slowness of my Win8 notebook computer.  8) I reported it to Mensys and they replied with an instance report.
