Try searching for SNAP_7300LE.zip.

FWIW, I spent some time on it. Adding my "Vendor 1002h Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Device 9610h RS780 [Radeon HD 3200]", as described, but I see no change. That probably means that I did it wrong, I tried the wrong combination, or it isn't going to work.

I will try again, someday.

http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/h-search.php?sh=1&key=SNAP&stype=all&sort=type_name&dir=%2Fpub%2Fos2%2Fsystem%2Fdrivers%2Fvideo
for SNAP?

nothing found for 'SNAP_7300LE.zip'.  :'(

Hmmm. It seems to have disappeared in the recent update. The URL that you quote is for the last version from SciTech.

Whoever is the current maintainer seems to have got pretty aggressive about just deleting instead of leaving alone or putting into delayed.
The problem with SNAP_7300LE.zip was the capitalization which is lower cased and then compared to SNAP_7300LE.txt which refers to the uppercase file name ASFAIK.
