authotring avchd or blu-ray

 My idea his ton make v avchd  with os2 tools ffmeg2 mkisos   etc.. avchd  is very near blu-ray  except in is on DVD ,disk

 on os2 i cannot read direct a my own  blu-ray disk or avchd disk    Because (UDF2.5)  But I can copy  the disk in ISO and copy the iso to a disk with RSJ or DVD-cd  TOYs
 
I make in win7 a video of 1 minute hd for my haupage 950c   in mpeg2, with tsmuxgui  i made the autoring in avchd
on dvd   ,      Icopy the structucte        in  D:\VIDEO       \BDMV   \AVCHDTN     on a commun  partiontion 
ON ECS     try mkisofs    -udf -iso-level 3 -o test1udfiso.iso d:\video
recreate a iso and burn in DVD
the ideal is if can working TSMUSGUI in ECS  , or a equivalent  soft
