I normally poke DOS stuff for OS/2 in a directory \MDOS under the OS2 files. This is a sample of what's there. These particularly work the DOS/OS2 interface.

Most of this is for running under DOS, or DOS under OS/2 or DOS with OS/2. pcdv.exe is the reduced version of the PCDOS help system, as a standalone viewer.
