G-Drive just killed access to our FF45.9...alternatives?
« on: September 18, 2021, 05:02:01 pm »
 >:(

As the subject says, I'm wondering if anyone has figured out a fake User Agent setting that would still allow our FF 45.9 to bring up a working G-Drive page?

I tried FF77 but that still caused a complaint, meanwhile Chrome 62 produces access, but unfortunately not usable beyond just seeing the contents of the page (navigation is completely off, etc.).

If I can't get our native solution to work I'll transition to FreeRDP use of FF, I just hate to have to setup another "FF User" on my Win box and constantly shuffle between a OS/2 native and remote FF screens.

Thanks!

Well sorry that is what I just mentioned in my Warpstock presentation. The current Mozilla suite it is all even further and faster down hill from here...
You can try using the QT testbrowser VOICE and BWW released.

The internal beta of the otter browser Google drive works.

I'm using Mozilla/5.0 (OS/2; Warp 4.5; rv:38.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/38.0 SeaMonkey/2.35 with User agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:89.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/89.0

Just put drive.google.com to url bar.

Just put drive.google.com to url bar.

That works good enough with SM 2.42.9. The scroll bar is broken but the down arrow key works. The side panel also seems to be missing.
