Thanks for the replies.
I tried kc030.zip, vfatmon12.zip and FM/2 3.24 (thanks for the screenshot by the way). Those didn't helped, the didn't show the full names on the FAT diskettes.
VFAT2EA tool give me a different result. It worked for one diskette but not for the rest.

It seems that it runs and recognize the full long name on the FAT diskette, but it does not transform it to the EA (OS/2) format. (The diskette is not write protected).
