BREXX - Classic REXX implementation

Since we have a "rather" old classic REXX version, we might think about a replacement?

Hi Mentore

On 2014 we brainstormed about using Regina REXX as Classic REXX replacement.

My highlights of that discussion were:
1) All the OS/2 REXX scripts should need to be adapted for Regina.
2) Every app in "Object REXX" will fail running over Regina. Plus we don't have "Open Object Rexx" ported.
3) There was a discussion about if there were enough important "Object REXX Applications"on OS/2, some said that "Object REXX" is not relevant on the applications that we use today.

I'm not against the idea of trying to replace close source components on OS/2 for open source alternatives. I'm in favor on experimentation.

ooRexx 5.0.0 has been compiled for OS/2-eComStation-ArcaOS.
I'm writing rexx code for it here on my machine.
I've also created help files (.inf/.hlp) for the OS/2 version.

You may however wish for a fully system integrated rexx engine replacement as I do.
