Unlock DLL

Hey all, trying to get Openchat working.. I downloaded the replacement DLL, but I can't replace it. Says it's in use. How to replace it?

Use the unlock command, "unlock foo.dll"
Note that the old DLL will be loaded in memory and continued to be used as long as something is using it, so you may have to reboot as the last step.
