« on: July 18, 2024, 06:03:42 pm »
Hi !

It is the fird time I do a request iso build for ArcaOS 5.1 since several days. Never got a reply nor a build available.
I sent an email but didn't get any reply too !

Do you know if any problem with ArcaOS site ?
Any other contact than ArcaOS contact link ?

Thanks

It is uncharacteristic for ArcaNoea to not respond.

Is this an upgrade, new purchase, or the remake of an ISO you already downloaded?

Hello

I visited the site and check if it works for me. In my case the ISO was already there and I was able to download it.  I clicked on "Build ISO Again", now it shows an image that asks you for the language (Only English is available), I click "English" but it just give me the same download link for the ISO that was already generated.

I guess I can not test it out if it works or not.

I don't understand what it means "Note: only one language can be built at any one time." Does it mean that you can only choose your language one time and you can no longer change it?, or it means that you can only have on language at a time, for example, you choose English and next week you change to Spanish, and at that moment you can only download Spanish, until you change your language again and generate an new ISO?

Yes, like you wrote, going though language English selection and then no more messages.
Only the request ISO build button is valid, no download link for me

Hi Remy,

My subscription is good to March of 2025.  It gives me the option of downloading the iso or rebuilding it.  Why would you want to rebuild when you can just download the iso?

"Request ISO build" is working. Email response sent to reporter.

Please do not assume that the problem is on our end when a notification email is not received in a timely fashion. as these emails contain download links, it is entirely possible that they may be blocked or trapped by your ISP or mail provider, and we would have no way to know that. Only you can check this with your ISP or mail provider.

Everything is working as designed, the system is up, building ISOs, and sending notifications.

Thanks, everyone, for your support.

Hi !

This email ISP only blocks email with viruses, never with links nor invasive scan like gmail nor gone into spam folder or identified as pub_renater (special pub folder)
Email received this morning at 4:36 while contact replies at 4:41 and 5:12

The download link button named #Download ISO" only appears this morning under my ArcaOS account which is the issue I reported here, no download link avalable  !
(This download button appears and is made available after receive of this morning download link email - very long delay needed)

Always ok now after more than a week and 3 ISO builod request as well two emails sent through contact.
Thanks having corrected processes which I suppose may include delivery notification when sent/received
