Let me ask differently - or rather more specific questions:
On AOS web site for Dynamic Icons it says:
"Version 2.5.2 includes a new unified Icon page in the WPS Properties notebook with the ability to easily switch between and browse for either a traditional icon file or a PNG image. In addition, it is now possible to add one-line comments to the “bigicons.txt” icon list file (see the online help from any Icon page for more details)."
There is some mention of dynamic icon features when you click the HELP button on the Icon page of a Program Object properties notebook - under "Icon" Page: Current Icon. But I did not see in that help anything about bigicons.txt.
And the description for the Reset button doesn't match the what happens. It says:
""Reset icon" will reset the object's icon to its default, which is determined by its class. The button is disabled if the object is already using the class default icon."
I take that to mean that if you drag a Program object from the templates to the desktop, file in the path/file name of the application, change the icon in the Properties notebook, and then click on Reset on the Icon page the icon will revert the icon shown for the WPObject (or DTProgram object) in the templates folder - which is not what happens.
And - while I can find a file BIGICONS.TXT in the C:\SYS\ICONS folder - I can't find any information about what it does. I am sure that info is located somewhere I am I am just missing it.
