I think that the most critic thing is that eCS runs on that processor. This has an "Intel Bay Trail processor" and it gives more details -
Intel Celeron N2807 dual-core chip. It looks like it is possible for eCS to run there, but I don't know anymore because Intel released some x86 processor on the past that are incompatible with OS/2 (some Atom models for Tablets for example).
About : "Gigabit Ethernet and features an 802.11n WiFi + Bluetooth 4.0 wireless card". We have no bluetooth support, but we need the details on the gigabit ethernet and Wifi chipset.
It can be interesting to follow the people that buys this CPU and find out if someone puts on the internet the specific chipset specification of this device.
But I can say that the device looks very interesting.
