It is easy. I added a "Graphics tablet". (seems that is the wikipedia name).
Groups are not the hard things to do, getting the content inside is the hard thing.
--- Quote ---If all of us can just do that will also include the danger that some "os/2-haters any form" can do that, only with other intensions. So how are you going to solve that question?

This is hard to answer, we (the community) are in so bad shape that we don't even "os/2-haters" anymore :)
But I understand that a Wiki can represent more problems when you have a lot of people editing. For the moment this is not the case. The only good things is that you can always use the Wiki's rollback and all changes gets logged.
Sadly, today I have no other alternative. Today, it is the Wiki or nothing. It is "Creative Commons" content or nothing. I don't want to invest time in websites with unknown licenses (for the content) that are destinate to disappear. But I need help.
Martin Iturbide:
Hi.
I think I'm going this way:
1) A list page for each kind of device and cards: Ex: "Cameras"
2) A Driver page for each kind of device: Ex: "WebCam Device Drivers"
Check the links.
Regards.

Martin, I like this.
I'm starting to think about a hardware compatibility report filing form and how would it be integrated with your Wiki pages.
I have some ideas.

--- Quote from: Doug Bissett on June 13, 2014, 07:59:08 pm ---The main problem with all of the hardware rating sites, is that they get old, and it can be difficult to determine if a device is currently available, or 10 years old, and "out of stock". I don't know of a good way to resolve that problem.

I think its easy to put in an addon date. Most owners know if it is old or just bought around the corner. May be a field "production date".
--- Quote from: Doug Bissett on June 13, 2014, 07:59:08 pm ---Perhaps, there could be a list of "known" users, who can post without review. Others would need to have their posts reviewed, before changes are made.

Sounds good to me, I think that it will be an one time job to give users the rights, most of them are known from posting more than once and others are reviewed, but I think that it will be low volume of unknown users.
Martin Iturbide:
Hi Joop.
I just updated the "Graphics Tablets" list on the Wiki.
http://www.os2world.com/wiki/index.php/Graphics_Tablets
This are all the device that are supported on OS/2-eCS that I could found.
I made a little page for the one I have: http://www.os2world.com/wiki/index.php/Wacom_Bamboo_Splash_CTL-470 (just testing, it needs to be improved).
Let's see if someone gets motivated to improve the Wiki with me.
Regards
