What happend to XUL.DLL?

<< < (4/4)

Wim Brul:
Hallo Joop, let it go and don't be sorry. It gave me a good starting point: With the help of this source code ...

Both -Dbrowser.arg0="@url" and -Dbrowser.arg0="$url" do work, but -Dbrowser.arg="@url does not work.
With e.g. -Dbrowser.arg0="-jsconsole" and -Dbrowser.arg1="$url"  you'll pass 2 arguments to the browser.

Regards, Wim.

Wim, I must thank you.  For the first time I have jAlbum actually showing a preview.

The only difference is that I just use a program object with the following filled in on the Program page of the properties notebook.

Path & Filename
C:\OPENJDK6\BIN\JAVAW.EXE

Parameters
-Duser.home=f:\java-apps\jalbum11-4 -Dbrowser.cmd="e:\firefox17-11\firefox!l.exe" -Dbrowser.arg0="$url" -Xmx500M -jar JAlbum.jar

Working Directory
F:\JAVA-APPS\JALBUM11-4

All of my Java apps are started from program objects and I have all of the program properties stored in a text file which I copy and paste from when setting up a new machine (one day I will work out how to do that with a rexx script).
