Title: Proof of Life !!
Post by: Martin Iturbide on June 02, 2018, 12:09:02 am
It finally arrived after 5 months !! I just want to say that the Elephant is here and well.

I know nobody care, but I had created two wiki pages to celebrate this day !!

- IBM Stuffed Elephant (https://www.os2world.com/wiki/index.php/IBM_Stuffed_Elephant)

....as a tribute to the Elephant I also create the Elephant page (https://www.os2world.com/wiki/index.php/Elephant).

Regards

The wife really liked the jumping elephant and after seeing your stuffed elephant, that's all she wants. :)

Hi, my family also liked the stuffed elephant, I just showed them yesterday when I got back from the mail office.

Even the band that is on the OS/2 logo flag  (I really don't know the name of elephant clothing) on the elephant seems to be like a reproduction of this ad.

If someone has different language and/or pictures of that IBM ad elephant please let me know to include it on the wiki. Maybe it was some kind of IBM Europe OS/2 marketing campaign with this elephant.

Regards

Probably. There was at least one IBM OS/2 Warp elephant-poster, not owned by me.

More OS/2 Elephant related information is welcome for the "Elephant Wiki page/Gallery (https://www.os2world.com/wiki/index.php/Elephant)".
