Based on IRC - you had working multistream with an old uniaud16.sys and uniaud32.sys

Are you able build date/version numbers of the 'working' uniaud16.sys and uniaud32.sys so I can try and ascertain the relevant SVN revision and see what changes have been made since.
29.12.04   2:20      61554    uniaud16.sys
29.12.04  19:52     479694  uniaud32.sys

uniaud16:
Signature:       @#"OS/2 Universal Audio Driver Version":1.01.002#@
Vendor:          "OS/2 Universal Audio Driver Ve
Revision:        1.1
File Version:    1.1
Description:

On boot it says:
OS/2 Universal Audio MMPM/2 Driver v1.1.2
Copyright 2000-2002 InnoTek Systemberatung GmbH
Copyright 2002 IBM Corporation
Maintained by http://os2.kiev.ua/en/uniaud.php

uniaud32 have not version strings
on boot says:
OS/2 Universal Audio Core Driver v1.1.0
Copyright 2000-2002 InnoTek Systemberatung GmbH
Copyright 2000-2002 The ALSA Project

Can you repeat the above test with https://smedley.id.au/tmp/uniaud32-20210128-Alexander.zip ? It reverts a change which allowed HDA hardware to produce sound, and which (I think) might be the cause of the issues with stream interruptions.
No, the same result

I have sblive CT4830 4-channels card. It supports multistream and it really works with old uniaud.
Check mixer controls with pmunimix.
I doubt that mixer controls can lead to msi error

Ok, now i found, whats wrong, its very old uniaud16
I take this...
::@@Universal Audio MMPM/2 Driver for OS/2
Vendor:          Netlabs
Revision:        1.9.7
Date/Time:       25 Jun 2017 17:11:40
Build Machine:   DAZAR1
File Version:    1.9.7
Description:     Universal Audio MMPM/2 Driver for OS/2
...and with it sound works ok with uniaud32-linux-5.10.10-20210126.zip

But mutistream is not working
I attach several logs:
uniaud0 - after boot, no wps sounds
uniaud1 - warpvision playing
uniaud2 - now i started pm123 and in says mci err 5613: insufficient buffer space specified
uniaud3 - warpvision closed and pm123 playing ok

Ps With old uniaud warpvision and pm123 playing simultaneously without any errors

Hi!
First, thank you very much for your great work on uniaud!

I have sblive CT4830 4-channels card. It supports multistream and it really works with old uniaud.

I tried uniaud32-linux-5.10.10-20210124 , no traps , but no sound at all, pm123 says mci error 5134: no device driver found

Hardware / Re: DOS session does not work. Motherboard Asrock B85
« on: November 27, 2020, 02:20:09 am »
After starting a full-screen DOS session, a screen with "C:\" appears as in the picture (see attachment).
After pressing any key, the screen closes and the popuplog.os2 is formed.

What can be done?

Try to disable dos=umb

set
DOS=HIGH,NOUMB
in config.sys

and check in vdm settings of each dos session shotcut , incl win/os2 sessions

Ps dos+emm386 runs on this motherboard with
device=c:\dos\emm386.exe  /nomovexbda noems ram
