Title: ApacheOpenOffice 417 closes
Post by: roberto on February 07, 2020, 11:45:40 am
The new version of Apache, install it, and work with it a couple of days.
After a problem or conflict with the Seamonkey highmem, I think, restart the computer.
When I open a spreadsheet it opens, but pressing any key closes.
When trying to erase everything to install it again, it tells me as soon as the system starts up,
that this file is in use and I cannot delete it.
 D:\PROGRAMS\ApacheOpenOffice.4\fonts\opens___.ttf

I have finally deleted it and reinstalled again.
The problem persists. It keeps closing.
The only way I can work, is renaming this stdcpp6.dll
D:\PROGRAMS\ApacheOpenOffice.4\program\stdcpp6-stop.dll

and leaving this other dll in use
 C:\usr\lib\stdcpp6.dll

Some similar experience, or because this happens, or how to solve it. I forgot to say,
now I cannot simultaneously execute the seamonkey and the openoffice.
Saludos

Did you install AOO-4170-GA-rpm.wpi on a system that has RPM? If so, just uninstall, and it should fix itself.

Hi,
Yes, you're right, it can be that. I try it on Monday.
Thank you
