Title: eCS 2.2 beta demo on Acer Aspire One?
Post by: BigGoofyGuy on November 15, 2013, 05:44:36 pm
I have an Acer Aspire One with an USB cd-rom drive. I am trying the eCS 2.2 beta demo cd (downloaded and created the demo cd). It gets to a point and shows 'Insert eComStation Demo CD and press any key. If the CD is already inserted, try modifying the storage driver settings in the CD boot menu'. Does anyone have any recommendations on this? What settings do I change? I will see what I can change to get it to work.
Title: boot options: USB?

I checked and it indicated 'if you want to install from USB CD devices, please select this on the last page (BOOT OPTIONS: USB) of this menu'. I have checked every page but I am unable to find the 'boot options'. Is it the 'install from USB device' option?

It was the setting.  ;D It ran on my netbook computer.  8) It is really nice. I tried a couple of programs. They would probably run a little faster once it is installed and not running from the CD drive.  8)
