I have a crazy idea about https://hobbes.nmsu.edu/?path=/pub/dos/games

Maybe, it't time to upload some old games like Lode Runner? It will not violate copyrights...

I spent some time to write file descriptions.
Here are *.txt files.

Programming / Re: Can 64-bit programs run on OS/2?

A dream...

...but OS/4 kernel offers RAMFS drive above 4GB.

So it's possible to run MySQL or DB2 with flat tables in memory and even with transaction isolation.

Both TIFF and Psion should belong to something like "/pub/os2/util/handheld".

At least, "firefox-31.8.0.en-us.os2.beta_5-wpi.wpi" still works.

Another tool to fight with arthritis and tunnel syndrome is a disc with copper wire invented by Alexander Mishin.

It kills any protozoa with circular DNA inside.

The price is around 160 EUR.

Yes, CISC with a bit complex addressing modes.

The only way to run existing code over RISC is binary translation when one instruction expands to six instructions or more.
Then "jump forward" instructions will decrease CPU performance.

28
There is a book "Write Great Code" by Randall Hyde which explains some differences between them (addressing modes, registers etc.)

Motorola 68k was the only CPU similar to Intel.

Can someone explain please how this works?

It's "VioWrtNAttr()", an old, very old 16-bit function  :o

Hobbes works in passive mode.
