Setup & Installation / Re: Is FixPak 5 for WSeB 4.52 available anywhere?

Both CP1 and CP2 was released as a full package which was installed on-top of existing system so was never released as FP and just quickly checked CP2 which has a note about this:

WSeb C-Pak2 migration is supported only over a corresponding
C-Pak1 system. Otherwise, you must format the operating system
     partition.

It was only officially supported on four models of IBM's Power Series computers - two desktops: The Power Series 830 and 850 and two PPC Thinkpads: The Power Series 820 and 850. One of the IBM RS/6000 workstations can also be tweaked to run it albeit unsupported.

True extremely limited hardware support :-) and was killed in the beta phase and never officially released to avoid to having to support it. Remember that I colleague had it running on PPC system for beta testing and still got images of the installation media.

Interesting to see this one as I've been looking into getting the new Intel NUC Haswell i3 unit which beside being upgrade to utilize haswell chipset also now include IR-eye which the previous version didn't. But, for the Zotac; major downside as I see it is that they use Realtek NIC's which is pure crap. But, I would be able to back hopefully shortly with an update with the Intel NUC and eCS.

I'm going green here in the hope of that someone might be interested; but I have a complet kit of IBM WorkPad 3C; manuals, CD, charger, etc, which will go to the local recycling center if I can't find a new home for it :-) The price would be the shipping costs to send this item and happy to send global.

To make a long story short; yes it's feels great to have the site up and running again. But, there are still quite a lot of recovery of old data to be done which we'll be working to re-import old data. Down side this will take some time and efforts; upside we can make some re-arragenement of data and make some major upgrades and pick new components to make use of which Martin is in the lead of handling.
