Title: Printing from WinOS2 on a USB printer
Post by: fvanzeveren on January 13, 2013, 07:19:57 pm
Dear all,

I have installed Microsoft Office 4.3c on my eComStation 2.1 Box.
Everything runs smoothly, even Winword which initially complained about a missing share.exe, after adding to my autoexec.bat the line
SUBST C: D:\

Now, I am wondering how I can print a document within one of the application of the MSOffice suite.
I successfully configured my USB printer, a Brother HL-2030, on eComStation 2.1 using the driver for the HP-1250, but I have no clue on how to make it work with WinOS2.

Any help would be much appreciate.

Regards

François

PS: i am new in the world of OS/2 and eComStation, but I quite love this environment. I wish I knew earlier about eComStation :)

Thank you for your kind answer and sorry for the late reply... :)

I found the link, but did not manage to apply what is explained there. I will retry later.
