Have downloaded arcaOS 5.0.2 iso 7z and 5.0.2 usb image stick.
unpacked both to same directory. Command line "dfsanos2.exe -q run dfs aosboot"
results in this message, "dfsanos2.exe is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file. An 8 GB usb stick is in usb port. Any thoughts, suggestions,
help in what I am doing wrong, what I am missing or work around will be greatly
appricated. Big thanks to AN for developing usb boot capable install

Hi Phil
Based on the error message I would guess that dfsanos2.exe does not exist in the directory you are issuing the command in and is not found in the Path specified in config.sys.
Either issue the command from the directory containing dfsanos2.exe or include drive:\path in the command ie:-
d:\thepath\dfsanos2.exe -q run dfs aosboot

Thanks for your reply and assist
Am half way there. My goof, had to move contents from
the resultant directory from unzip to directory containing iso
files and image has been written to usb stick
instructions call for arcaos-5.0.2-en.iso to be copied to
usb stick?\arca_iso\arcainst.iso after unpacking both downloads I
cannot find the file arcaos-5.0.2-en.iso.

It should be in arcaos-5.0.2-en.7z.

Thanks for the reply. The only 7z package I downloaded
is labeled ArcaOS-5.0.2.iso.7z.
Unpacking. results in one folder labeled ArcaOS-5.0.2.iso,
inside one data file labeled ArcaOS-5.0.2.iso
I have found nothing so far labeled arcaos-5.0.2-en.iso

Well the newest I have here is the last rc candidate, arcaos-5.0.1.11-en.7z which contains arcaos-5.0.1.11-en.iso (and arcaos-5.0.1.11-en.md5). Perhaps they changed/screwed up their packaging or there was a hiccough while building your package.
Just try using the ISO you have, copying it to ARCAINST.ISO and test whether the installer will run after booting from your stick.
Or to be on the safe side, redownload the package and if it is still misnamed, open an issue.

My download was also labeled as yours. I installed to my computer, however, I have not tried to make an USB boot copy yet. No -en in the iso file description.
