Which packages require a LIBVPX*.DLL? The FFmpeg suite itself is one, but ISTR there was at least another one.

2Andre Helldoorn: and VBox used to use it even earlier than Mozilla. VBox uses
it to record screencasts. (which can be viewed with Mozilla, for example)

Though, VBox is not yet packaged as rpm.
