Which video driver is it? Do you use any non default video settings (I remember that using some of them caused different things to happen with PMMail, and some didn't make any sense, but I don't remember the details).
I.e. "call" option can help on FAT boot only (from FAT partition or emulated disk - pae or veit`s memdisk). Even if I can implement HPFS read in future, I am just avoid writing to such complex file systems at boot time.
p.s. hmm, can't even remember when created this second login
You said:QuoteI am Using:
QSINIT Loader Version 360, dated 2015-10-10
but the picture shows that you are using Version 327, which is somewhat older. Perhaps check everything to be sure that it is all the same version.
that is what it looks like if I do like you suggested. No! On screenshot - dir a\*.cmd instead of a:\*.cmd, ":" missed
Pattern match code seems a bit incorrect, but it shows all cmds in the current dir then, not in a:\
Is RDMSR.SYS loaded in config.sys?
QuoteFWIW, I don't even see that display in Sysload on my Asus A88MX-A (AMD A6 processor)It looks like there is something more basic at work. I changed my ThinkPad T510 to use hyperthreading, so it thinks there are 4 CPUs (it works well enough to get some pictures). By changing the area where the information is displayed, I get what is in 1x4.jpg, 2x2.jpg, and 4x1.jpg. As you can see the display appears to be correct. I use Panorama at 1600x900, which is the default screen resolution. If anything, 1920x1080 should be better, on a 1920x1080 screen, but I suppose there may be an error in calculating the box size with the larger resolution. I can't change to 1920x1080, but you may be able to change to 1600x900 to test that.
Quoteunable to open batchfile "A:\setupos4.cmd"
I am not clear about exactly how you have this set up, but "drive A:" only works for FAT boot drives (or possibly FAT32, which probably won't work with OS/2). In my test system, my boot drive is JFS. If I drop to a QSINIT command line at boot, there is no A: drive. It says "Device not mounted". If it is a FAT drive, you need to mount it before you can use it (that may be done automatically for a FAT drive). Trying to mount a JFS drive appears to work, but it says it is not mounted if I try to use it. I expect that trying a HPFS drive would do the same.
It looks like there is part of a "T" on the right side of the blocks (meaning that the temperature is outside of the small windows). Can you stretch the main window, and make it show? Perhaps a smaller system font would help.
