Title: SeaMonkey 2.35a2
Post by: Dave Yeo on May 09, 2016, 01:54:49 am
I've uploaded https://bitbucket.org/dryeo/dry-comm-esr31/downloads/seamonkey-2.35a2.en-US.os2.zip (https://bitbucket.org/dryeo/dry-comm-esr31/downloads/seamonkey-2.35a2.en-US.os2.zip), commesr updated to 38.8.0, Bitwise currently at 38.6.1, along with various fixes from Bitwise, who are given a big thanks.
New requirement is icu (yum install libicu) for internationalization support in JavaScript and if the FFmpeg/Libav (not FFmpeg 3.x) DLLs are found in the Libpath, MP4 and AAC should be supported in HTML5 video.
Yum install ffmpeg_libs or I have a couple of minimal libav builds at https://bitbucket.org/dryeo/libav/downloads (https://bitbucket.org/dryeo/libav/downloads). They'll have a couple of small requirements such as libz and bzip2.

It does not launch here... pmdll shows me that I am missing icuuc.dll.  I have libicu installed but it installed icuuc42.dll.

Hi Dave

Didn't start here either:

1) Updated all with Arca Noae Package Manager
2) Reboot
3) Created new profile & tried -safe-mode too
4) Tried pmdll, but didn't show anything missing ??? (maybe using it wrong).

The icon shows it starting, but then stops - no entry in popuplog

I ran the pmdll on xul.dll, didn't show anything on seamonkey.exe here either.

Sorry, I'd forgot that I used the icu from the experimental repository, icu-56_1-1_oc00
For those not using YUM/RPM, Steve has updated his mozsupport package at http://os2news.warpstock.org/Warpzilla.html (http://os2news.warpstock.org/Warpzilla.html)
