Rich: thanks! Typing "https://archive.org" works here, too.
https://os2world.com doesn't work
https://www.os2world.com does work.

Yea, Dooble doesn't do as good of a job figuring our URL's compared to Mozilla so often have to add the https or WWW to URL's. Though I think with archive.org, they don't have forwarding http to https set up correctly on their end.

This is a decision of the webmaster of the site because any site can be known starting with
www or not or both option enabled.
On my site I enabled both options which are registered to search engines (e.g. google)
As well, because many do not use the https which is recommended and should be the default option, I've allowed to use both on my site (secured or not secured). This too is webmaster dependant

Hello
Neil, today I talked to the webmaster and we have redirected the URLs.
Now if someones goes os2world.com or www.os2world.com should get to the same site.
Let me know if there is something wrong.

Can the same be done with EDM/2? I.e. edm2.com redirecting to www.edm2.com .

I will forward this request to Adrian (Netlabs). I don't have control over that server.
Also, just to let everybody know that I updated the EDM/2 wiki to the latest MediaWiki version in a local VM machine, and the updated database and files are now in the hands of Adrian. I hope he can get some time to put the EDM/2 files back in the server and connect the wiki to his LDAP.
