I see current versions of Dooble and Qupzilla with difficulty connecting to https' sites. I do not recall it happening before as much and not changed hardware or settings.
I speculate is maybe the old version of webkit to fault?
-
I just tried with the latest versions of both and I can't secure connect to any site. I tried older versions that used to work, same issue.
-
That would explain why I couldn't log in to a site that uses secure login.

Thank you on replies. This browsers usefulness must be limited given the experience. Perhaps updates of the future change the situation.

I notified Elbert Pol, who ported the browsers, of the problem.

did you also open a ticket? IMHO that's needed, so no one forgets it.

Please try ftp://ftp.netlabs.org/pub/qtapps/QtNet4_Fix_SSL.zip if you have problems with Secure and Qt4
And if not working please make a note @ trac.netlabs.org/qtapps/ticket/89
This a temporary fix.
Thankz Silvan from Bitwise for the newer DLL
