Do you mean something like ANSI art related to OS/2?
To be honest, I haven't found anything and was not looking for it either.
Can it be something generated with some online sites?
Like:

Or you want old ones from the old days?

ffmpeg seems to have ansi art decoder
V....D ansi ASCII/ANSI art
Just did a test using above sample:
ffmpeg -i OS2-Letters.ans OS2-Letters.GIF (it works)

I just tested the ans to other format:
Added the *.ans into AVxCAT and converted into mpeg1 os/2

I also found JavE, a Java program (that runs on OS/2) that can help you create ASCI animations. I just found it arround and remember this thread
