Mozilla. .. .

Regarding this build, before I submit something on it...

Has anyone else been getting "Out of resources" errors? I haven't changed anything in my config.sys (and according to the error message, I should change the VIRTUALADDRESSLIMIT statement to something higher). But the odd thing is, I never got these errors with v3.01

Does anyone know if this is a browser issue (ie: bug, memory leak, etc) - or just that v3.03 uses substantially more memory?

Thanks,
Rob

RobertM

It just so happens that I installed and tested Firefox 3.03 for a few hours today.

I had no trouble with it whatsoever.

The VirtualAddressLimit on the relevant machine was/ is set to 1536 and needed no adjusting.

I hope this helps you a bit.

Hi Ben,

Mine was set to 1024, which I have revised after reading your post.

Thanks,
Robert
