Title: PMVIEW capture broke
Post by: Dave Palmer on 2008.11.10, 05:19:36
Seems like a dumb topic to post here - but I don't know where to start.

After years of working PMView screen capture stopped working today. :-\

Doesn't matter if it is window capture or part of a screen - in the cross hairs or not - there just isn't a copy collected or displayed.

Other than a Java album package and a PHP script for web development, I've not done any maintenance.  Neither of those touched PMView.

The problem exists over reboots -

Anyone have suggestions on where to start on something like this?

Thanks
Dave

I'm assuming you've tried re-downloading and installing the latest PMVIEW right?

:-\ Dumb is as dumb does  :'(

I didn't even have time to redownload.

Way down at the bottom of the Capture menu is a little thing called "Setup"

When the "print screen" choice is chosen - and then 'forgotten' then this author looks foolish.

Hopefully you all enjoy a smile as I elect myself to perpetual membership in the flat forehead society.

Lol, no worries. I'm sure most have had special moments :) I've had quite a share myself.
